We combined traditional south of the border seasonings and out popped a rub with flavor nobody expected. This seasoning is totally out of the box and tastes the best when used on all meats including Beef, Pork, & Poultry.
This rub can be applied and taken directly to the grill. Or, it can be allowed to sit for at least an hour before cooking, two hours would be better. The spices will get absorbed into the meat unleashes a surprising taste.
We like this a lot when making chicken taco's and other dishes. You don't need a lot of this seasoning and be careful, it's spicy !!!
